Hythe Nursing Home is situated in a peaceful coastal environment with the amenities of Hythe town centre within easy reach.  The home overlooks the town with views out to sea and is surrounded by delightful well kept gardens. The building has tremendous charm and character, providing a pleasant and homely environment in which to live.

We can accommodate up to 40 residents, mainly in single rooms, many with en suite facilities. The spacious accommodation is spread over three floors with lift access to all areas. Each room is unique and is tastefully decorated and furnished, however residents may if they wish personalise rooms with their own belongings. We have two large dining and lounge areas, both looking out onto patio areas for those perfect summer days, plus two smaller quiet lounges available for residents at any time.

Residents are cared for, 24 hours per day by a hugely experienced team of Nurses and Care Assistants led by our Manager, Linda Hazrati. The aim of the staff is to provide the best possible care and ensure that our residents feel safe, secure and comfortable at all times.  All rooms are linked to a high tech nurse call system to enable residents to call staff at any time day or night.

We are able to offer recuperative and palliative care as well as general nursing, and can accommodate any period from just a few days to long term care.

We place great emphasis on creating appetising and nutritious meals. There is a varied menu throughout the week providing good quality home cooked meals and we are also able to cater for specific dietary requirements when required. We would also be delighted, with prior notification to cater for friends and family who are always welcome to join residents for meals.

Hythe Nursing Home is within a short drive of the M20 (Junction 11) and is located on bus routes with links to Folkestone, Canterbury and Romney Marsh. The nearest mainline railway stations are at Folkestone and Sandling with Ashford International station and Eurotunnel being 10 minutes distant.
